AGRO-MAP, a company specializing in the design and implementation of sustainability projects in the environmental, forestry and agricultural fields, is committed to combating the effects of climate change and preserving biodiversity through nature-based solutions (NBS). It designs and implements reforestation and agroforestry projects in several localities in Côte d'Ivoire.
Main tasks
Reporting to General Management, you will be responsible for :
Personnel administration :
Follow-up of employment contracts (CDI, CDD, Internships);
- Maintain and regularly update personnel files;
- Manage time management software (entry, exit, absences, anomalies, planning...).);
- Disciplinary sanctions;
- Manage relations with the CNPS (declarations, terminations, etc.);
- Participate in staff appraisals and performance improvement;
- Monitor staff promotion files;
- Manage internal company communiqués.
Payroll management:
- Collecting and processing variable payroll data
- Preparing monthly and annual social security and tax returns
HR and CSR development:
- Recruitment;
- Training;
- Career profile management;
- Implementing and monitoring various CSR programs and actions;
- Participating in the management of various insurance policies;
- Monitoring HR dashboards;
Profile sought
Profil recherché pour le poste : Assistant Ressources Humaines M/F
- You must have a minimum of 3 years' higher education in Human Resources, social sciences, law or other disciplines
- You must have at least 2 years' professional experience in a similar position;
- You must have a good command of IT tools (Pack Office);
You must be able to work in a team, be discreet, flexible, rigorous, organized, methodical, responsive, results-oriented and a good listener;
