AGRO-MAP SAS specializes in the design and implementation of sustainable forestry, environmental and agricultural projects with a socio-economic impact for beneficiaries. It is committed to combating the effects of climate change and preserving biodiversity through Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) such as the production of forest and fruit seedlings, reforestation, agroforestry, as well as carbon and biodiversity credit projects in Côte d'Ivoire and the sub-region. To implement its activities, AGRO-MAP is recruiting a Community Manager.
Mission
Under the supervision of the Communications Manager, the Community Manager will assist the Communications Manager in his tasks. He/she will be responsible for:
- Develop a strategy for agro-map's social media presence to meet the objectives determined in consultation with the various project managers.
- Keep a constant watch on communities related to the company's activities;
- Define community objectives in agreement with the validation committee.
- Define indicators to monitor community life;
- Design the company's communication materials.
- Monitor and analyze satisfaction and dissatisfaction indicators for the entire community;
- Monitor visitor statistics and suggest areas for improvement.
Job profile
- You must have at least a BAC+2/3 in digital communications or other multimedia training.
- Mastery of graphic design for content creation and technical knowledge of web graphics (Illustrator, Photoshop, Première pro, After Effects or other);
- Mastering video and photographic capture;
- Be familiar with audience measurement and/or statistics tools to monitor a company's reputation on the various discussion platforms.
- Adaptability and good verbal skills;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize.
